LOAN INFORMATION

Information typically needed for a loan application (items may vary by lender):

1. Name and address of each employer for past 2 years
2. Most recent paystubs to cover 1 month
3. Most recent 3 months of bank statements for all accounts
4. Most recent 2 years of W-2's (tax returns often requested)
5. Tax returns if self-employed or you receive commission or bonus income
6. Account information regarding any existing open loans
7. Addresses of other real estate owned and loan information
8. Residence address for past two years
9. Application fee (varies by lender)

Other items which might be needed:

• Social security card and drivers license (for FHA financing)
• Copy of deed (for refinancing only)
• Certificate of Eligibility or DD214 (for VA financing)
